Taken from new book "King George Co., VA, Loose
Chancery Papers, Vol. I, 1811-1875" by Elizabeth Lee. Carole notes she
copied wills of several of the family members of JOHN RIGBY ROLLINS but could
never put them together until the Chancery Papers provided the final pieces of
information.
JOHN RIGBY
ROLLINS, died by 1818, King George Co., VA. He died intestate March 30, 1918.
Will Book 4, P.73. He died unmarried and without issue, naming nieces and
nephews it his will.

Issue: ANN, md. Fielding Clift
MARTHA, died testate, Gu. 6; will proved April 3, 1845. Will Book 3, P.517. She died unmarried, without issue, naming nieces & nephews in her will.

leaving heirs HENRY ROLLINS, JOHN ROLLINS, JOSEPH ROLLINS, THOMAS ROLLINS and
ELIZABETH Calvert. JOSEPH and THOMAS are infants. JOHN R. ROLLINS possessed a
negro woman, Fanny. Orator wishes the property sold and profits divided. HENRY
ROLLINS is Administrator.

HENRY ROLLINS, in his own right and as Administrator, JOHN ROLLINS, JOSEPH
ROLLINS and THOMAS ROLLINS.

orators wish to partition the land.
