(continued)

soon after the War they left their home near Annapolis and settled near Middleburg, Loudoun County, Virginia, where he and his wife are buried. Their issue: STEPHEN, WILLIAM, JOHN D., REBECCA, SARAH, MARY, JANE and ANN.

STEPHEN had 3 sons and a daughter, two went to Missouri and had large families, and one lived in Loudoun County and had a son and 2 daughters.

WILLIAM had no children.

JOHN D. had four children who were living at the time of this article.

REBECCA married Marshall Young and lived in Culpeper County, Virginia.

SARAH married Mr. Batson and went to Harrison Co., Virginia.

MARY married Brandt Kincheloe and lived in Faquier County, Virginia.

JANE married Mr. Settle.

ANN married Mr. Glasscock and went to Missouri. They had a large family.

********

Another error in this. story is that MOSES had a brother named ISAAC. There is no record of such a name in that family. MOSES' father and mother were AARON Jr. and Susannah Beard. Moses' siblings were AARON III who md Mary Somers ... ANN who married Gassaway Watkins ... RICHARD, MARY, RACHEL, SUSANNAH & ELIZABETH, so far as we know.
