For those of you who descend from MOSES (KBI) there really is a Blanket/Blanquette Creek. In 1787 that body of water was situated in Bourbon County. With the changes in county lines since then, one can find it meandering just across the Harrison County line off U.S.Hiway 27 North, heading toward Cincinnati. It is now in Pendleton County. Judi has friends who attend the Blanket Creek Baptist Church in the area. She sent photos and we can copy some of them for anyone interested.
