Left wife and 9 children (not named), but account states that WILLIAM and STEPHEN were among distributees.

STEPHEN RAWLINGS, 1834-1839; W. RAWLINGS, Administrator. (also guardian of STEPHEN's minor children.)

Children are: WILLIAM H., JOHN M., SAMUEL A., & MARY V. E.

THOMAS RAWLINGS vs Aaron Wright. In Detinue. Order in Superior Court, Sept.8,1819

...pursuant to the above submission to us we did meet at the house of Jonathan A. Miller in the town of Waterford ... proceeded to examine into the dispute-and having heard all the evidence produced by both parties do award and determine that the Plaintiff, THOMAS RAWLINGS, do receive from the defendant, Aaron Wright, the mare in the declaration mentioned if it to be had, the said RAWLINGS paying to the defendant fifteen dollars; or if the mare is not to be had then we adjudge that Plantiff recover from the defendant forty-five dollars with interest. In witness whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names and annexed our seals this 27th day of August 1819.

Therefore it is considered by the Court that the Plantiff recover against the Defendant the mare aforesaid.

(Aaron Wright, Robert Braden and Abiel Janney all were landowners in Waterford or that vicinity.)

DANIEL RAWLINGS (head of family) - 1 male 16-26, 1 female 45 and up.

Next to these RAWLINGS listings in the census is Isaac Ball. Land records show that he owned land between Waterford and Milltown.

No records showing that THOMAS RAWLINGS was a landowner.
