Further
to P.3 and the family of EZEKIEL RAWLINGS, grandson of MOSES (1740-1787) the
following are excerpts from a marvelous letter from a subscriber, ELDON FLUGGE of
Grove City, Ohio, aged 78, great-grandson of EZEKIEL through WESLEY. This is
how he remembers the family lineage:
"WESLEY
was twice married, first to Keziah and second to Emma Gladden. Keziah lost a
leg when she was 18 years old, and died when she was 48. Emma was loved by
everyone and was a wonderful woman.
WESLEY
had 4 children: STERLA, HAZEL, MARIE and EDWARD. HAZEL was my mother. The
oldest son, STERLA, and his family went to Boise, Idaho, but the parents soon
separated and the wife and children came back to Ohio. There were 4 children:
ELBERT,
